A newly opened genuine leather handbag may have a noticeable scent. The scent of a finished leather product does not come from the leather alone—it can also reflect the tanning and finishing process, dyes, edge finishes, lining materials, adhesives used in construction, packaging, and the enclosed environment during transportation.

I ordered the size 36. It looks exactly like what was pictured on their website. The leather is great. The hardware is great. I added the Twilley myself. Nice quality bag. PS the customer service was excellent.
