We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

What We Accept We accept returns on items that are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For change of mind (including not liking the color, size, or quality), you are responsible for the return shipping cost to our overseas warehouse.

How to Return

Simply email us at support@marenza.store within 30 days with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide our return address.

Refunds

 Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer free return labels for change-of-mind returns.
  • Items must be returned in resalable condition.
  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned.
